I have been looking for a good collection of Chinese Sutras for free. This is it! Not only it had a big collection, it also made audio recordings to go with it! Most of them are from Masters of Buddhism, famous actors or actresses. I wish to thank the App writer for such a wonderful product! 非常感谢您的努力！能够在一个优秀产品里面读到这么多佛教经典。而且与其它类似产品相比，加了朗读的录音。非常棒！

hi, while this app is loaded with goodness, its only good for people that speak the language they are recorded in. for English speakers only, its pretty useless. 1 star for the great compassion mantra, 2 for the fact that this is free, and 3 because its truly a gem in the sea of useless apps. 2 stars lacking because its useless for me :(

Can someone tell me why it looks like there is a Nazi symbol on Buddhas chest? Is this normal?

It aggregates countless sources of Buddhist sutra recordings and presents them for listening directly from the cloud or for downloading to your device. It is well organized and very practical, and so far excellent quality. The music and chanting are beautiful on their own, but this app also includes gorgeous Buddhist art, which all on its own would be worth the 99¢ "donation". Together, the art and audio in this app make it far and away one of the very best bargains on the App Store. (Since someone asked, and tragically rated this app poorly, about the swastika on the Buddhas chest: It is a symbol that has been used for thousands of years, mostly in the East, before the Nazis co-opted it in the 1920s. Look up swastika on Wikipedia, it shows the very wide usage prior to and since the Nazis. Hopefully the person who asked will change their rating, this app deserves more thoughtful consideration.)
